REWRITE THE STARS

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund. Please note you must return it at your own cost using a tracked or signed service. We will refund the money as soon as we receive the item. Please also note, that the postage cost will not be refunded.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@helenadavis.co.uk and we will email you back with a return address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We use UK Tracked Delivery, which is 3-5 days. Delivery cost is £4.50 and if you wish to return an item, you do this at your own cost. Please see our returns policy. 

We now also ship internationally, using Tracked Delivery. European countries take 3-5 days. Rest of the world takes 5-7 days. Delivery charge of £14.99 and returns will be at your own cost. Please see our returns policy. 

PLEASE NOTE:

If you pay by card using Stripe, it will take 7 days for the funds to clear and then we will deliver your item, which will then take 3-5 days to arrive for UK and European customers and 5-7 days for the rest of the world.

If you choose to pay using PayPal, we will deliver straight away using UK Tracked Delivery or International Tracked Delivery.

So please choose your payment method carefully.
